Privacy notice

Who we are. We are a men’s clothing shop in Istanbul. This site shows our items and lets you send us a selection or a request.

What we receive. When you fill in the contact form: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email if you give it, your country, whether you are buying for yourself or for your shop, your message and the items in your selection. When you send your selection on WhatsApp, we record only the items and a request code; your name and number reach us through WhatsApp. In both cases we also keep the request code, the site’s language and the site you came from (for example “instagram.com”, never a full address). When you agree to be contacted, or to receive our news, we keep the date and the exact wording you agreed to.

Why. To answer your request and keep a record of our conversation. We send you our news only if you ticked the box for it, which is separate and unticked at first. We don’t sell your data.

Who sees it. The shop’s owner and the people he authorises in our management tool. The alert the shop receives on Telegram contains only the request code and the number of items. Our product texts are sent to a translation service, never your data.

WhatsApp. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes your data under its own rules.

How long. Requests that led to no purchase and haven’t changed for 12 months are anonymised, as are contacts with no recent request who aren’t clients: we erase the name, number, email and message, and keep only the items, the country and the dates, for our figures.

Your rights. You can ask us to erase, correct or send you the data we hold about you. Write to us with the site’s contact form, giving your request code if you have it.

Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a Cloudflare service that checks the request doesn’t come from a robot.

This site uses no advertising or audience-measurement tools.
